Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are free of charge if made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled pick-up are non-refundable.
- If the passenger does not meet with the driver at the booked time and location, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the journey. Our driver will leave the pick-up point after 60 minutes.
- This policy reflects our commitment to vehicle availability. Once your booking is accepted, we reserve the vehicle for you, declining other bookings for that time and date.
Terms & Conditions:
- IVChauffeurs will make every effort to ensure vehicles arrive on time and at the correct location. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failures, traffic accidents, or extreme weather conditions.
- The driver will choose the most suitable route on the day unless the client specifies otherwise.
- Waiting time, either at the beginning or during a journey, will be charged at our standard rate.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the driver, vehicle, or other passengers. We may also terminate any journey due to unreasonable or improper behaviour.
- We reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or driver.
Payment:
- Credit or debit card payments will appear as IVChauffeurs on your statement.
- Car parking charges incurred to fulfill a booking will be charged at cost, except when included in our Airport Meet & Greet service.
- Journeys involving extra time or mileage may incur additional charges.
- Congestion charges will be applied where applicable.
- Pick-up times between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM, as well as bookings on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day, will incur a 20% surcharge for unsocial hours.
- All prices are in pounds sterling.
